Oil Spill: A List of Journal Articles


After the oil spill in Guimaras, so many people have become
interested on oil spill, particularly the students and
researchers.

To help them on this problem, this writer gathered some journal
articles on this topic.

The following articles were culled from the PubMed Central website.
(see the url in my previous posting.)

Almost all of them provide full text articles—free!
I hope that this list will help our students and researchers.

INTRODUCTION

Tilapia is one of the most cultured fishes in the Philippines. It was first introduced in the Philippines in the 1970s. The first species of tilapia in the Philippines was the Oreochromis mossambicus from Indonesia through Thailand.
In 2000, the Philippine total tilapia production was 82,601 metric tons.

This bibliography includes 182 articles published from 2006 to February 2008 to help students and researchers in their research works.
